R3 Redistribution acquires Plus II Sanitation in Canada

R3 Redistribution has acquired Plus II Sanitation, a redistributor based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Plus II supplies a broad range of jan/san products to distributors serving the jan/san, foodservice and industrial sectors across Canada. Revenue in 2015 was C$32 million.
