What puts the “Plus” in Trophy Plus?

Trophy Plus Cups - better than Trophy Cups in Two Ways!

Solo Foodservice has announced a product improvement on Trophy cups with no additional costs! Introducing Trophy Plus – cups that are two ways better than traditional Trophy cups.

First, on all sizes 6 oz through 24 oz Solo has implemented a process change that affects the foam expansion making for a more rigid cups. Secondly, on all sizes 6 oz through 20 oz the capskin layer of the cups has been reformulated producing a glossier skin and additional cup rigidity. This improved capskin will be incorporated into the production of 22 and 24 oz cups during the first quarter of 2012. Also being explored is the application of these new foam processes to the “cold” cup 32 oz Go Cups and 33 oz sizes.

This is a rolling change and all product in the above sizes is now being extruded with the new process and formulation. There will be no change to stock codes – however outer corrugate will undergo a rolling change from Trophy branding to Trophy Plus.
